West Coast Automotive Group is a family owned Automotive Business which now has 7 Franchises within the group and is a business that prides itself on excellent customer service.

Due to a rapid growth within our business an excellent opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our administration team at West Coast Automotive Group.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role will be working within our main dealership as well as working with the other areas of the business. Knowledge of the Automotive industry would be advantageous however is not essential.

We are looking for someone with a passion numbers, attention to detail and someone that strives to be part of a team.

The Role:

• General Ledger Reconciliations

• Bank reconciliations

• Payroll

• Creditor and Debtor management

• Assisting with Month End Results Preparation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Attention to detail

• Excellent problem solving skills

• The ability to work unsupervised





• Professional presentation

• Excellent time management skills

• Able to work unsupervised

• Experience with an Enterprise reporting system or similar

• Excellent excel skills.
