Our small team is seeking a part-time Administrator for approximately 2 days per week, with flexibility to increase hours during Vintage. The days and hours can be adaptable to suit both parties.
This is a diversified position, requiring the ability to think laterally, communicate at all levels and meet deadlines, while having the confidence to work autonomously.
Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Providing administrative support across all vineyard operations.
· Maintaining Sustainable Winegrowing records, data entry and reporting.
· Assisting the Vineyard Manager with day-to-day administration.
· Processing invoices, payroll and accounts receivable reconciliation.
· Recording irrigation meter readings, water transfers and rainfall data.
· Coordinating grape harvest logistics, including liaising with contracted wineries,
scheduling harvest operations and organising transport to meet delivery requirements.
· General office administration and record keeping.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Solid computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Previous experience using Xero and MYOB.
· Experience with Sustainable Winegrowing Australia reporting and Grapeweb.
· Knowledge of the Australian wine or viticulture industry.
