About the Opportunity

Are you an organized, proactive, and positive professional ready to be part of something fresh? We are establishing a newly formed team in Adelaide to support our operations across the entire country—and we are moving into fresh, newly refurbished offices right in the Adelaide CBD!

In this genuine, purely Customer Service-focused role (absolutely no sales calling), you will be the welcoming voice of our business and the hub of our day-to-day operations. You will join a dedicated team with a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for long-term success from day one.

About the Role

As part of a supportive, close-knit team, your main focus will be bringing structure and efficiency to our schedules. You will be the vital phone and email bridge between our clients and our skilled team, managing appointments and ensuring clear, friendly communication every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Phone & Email Liaison: Act as the friendly first point of contact on the phones, connecting our clients with our internal team to confirm appointments and provide a seamless service experience. 100% service-focused.

Team Scheduling: Working alongside your colleagues in our new office, you will collaboratively manage and optimise our Valuers' calendars, ensuring efficient, stress-free daily workflows across the country.

Workflow Coordination: Keep a sharp eye on turnaround times and work with your teammates to ensure our internal systems and documentation stay accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Bring

Excellent Phone Manner: Exceptional telephone and email communication skills,



with a natural ability to connect with people and build great relationships over the phone.

A Team-Player Mindset: A love for working closely with others in a shared environment where everyone helps each other succeed.

A Sharp Eye & Steady Hand: High attention to detail, strong reliability, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.

Experience: Prior phone-based customer service or administrative experience will be highly regarded.

Key Dates & Requirements

Interviews: We will be holding assessment centres so that we can get to know you and how you like to work.

Start dates: We have two cohort start dates being 11 August and 25 August.

Eligibility: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Checks: Successful candidates will complete pre-employment background checks, including a company-paid Federal Police check.
