Century 21 Northside are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager.

This position is based in our Modern Elizabeth South office, managing a well maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties across the northern suburbs.

You will be responsible for overseeing your portfolio with the backing of a strong support structure, including dedicated assistance with accounts, lease renewals, and end of month processing. You'll also work alongside an experienced team, with modern systems and processes in place to help you succeed and grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- End to end management of your portfolio, including all landlord and tenant communication

- Maintaining accurate and up to date records

- Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections

- Leasing of properties

- Coordinating maintenance

- Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings

- Completing rental appraisals

- Processing bond refunds

Skills & Experience:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- A positive, energetic, and self motivated attitude with high ethical standards

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy





- Experience with PropertyMe, Tapi, 2Apply, and Inspection Express is advantageous but not essential

Requirements:

- Current Property Management License Essential

- Current Driver's License Essential

- Ideally a minimum of 12 months' experience in property management

- Real Estate Agent's License required

- Knowledge of SA Residential Tenancies Act required
