The Opportunity
Lead a team of Repair Coordinators to program, monitor and control all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs to achieve a quality claim and repair outcome for the benefit of all stakeholders. The Lead Repair Coordinator works closely with the construction team to ensure high-quality service for customers.
This position is based in our Warana, Sunshine Coast office.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Lead a team of Repair Coordinators by providing direction, support, and mentoring.
- Ensure KPIs are met around customer satisfaction, timeliness of repairs, quality of repairs, submission of reports and invoices.
- Liaise with insurance clients, homeowner customers, adjusters and trades people to ensure a quality repair outcome.
- Oversee quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians
- Manage project budgets, including allocation of work orders to subcontractors.
- Preparation of project documentation.
- Complete project reviews and client/customer communications on all projects weekly.
- Respond to project stakeholders are to assist the team with the project management.
- Preparation of Invoicing and collation of handover documents including all required compliance certificates.
About you
- 2+ years' experience in a managerial role
- Experience in Construction or Insurance industries.
- Adaptable, problem solver
