As our Australian business continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive and driven Warehouse Assistant to join our Perth team and play a key role in building and optimising our warehouse operations.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate inventory managementOptimising warehouse processes, layouts, and inventory flow to improve productivity and stock turnoverOverseeing inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and coordinating with freight providersMonitoring inventory accuracy and leading regular stocktakes and reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving operational discrepancies and inventory issuesPreparing warehouse performance reports and providing data-driven insights to support business decisionsCollaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement,



and After-Sales teams to support business growth and customer needsContributing to the ongoing development and expansion of SANY Australia's warehouse network
You'll bring:Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse management.Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.Fluent Mandarin communication skills are essential to support effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
