Are you a People & Culture leader who thrives on building high performing teams, shaping organisational culture, and driving meaningful change?
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head of People & Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll work closely with leaders across the business to create an exceptional employee experience, strengthen organisational capability and foster a culture where people can do their best work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic influence and hands-on leadership. From leading organisational change, to developing future leaders, managing people matters and enhancing employee engagement, you'll be a visible and trusted advisor who makes a genuine impact every day.

How you’ll make an impact
- Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team to develop and deliver strategic People & Culture initiatives.
- Lead organisational design, workforce planning and transformation programs to support business objectives.
- Drive a high performing, values led and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys and action planning.
- Develop and implement talent management, succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Oversee learning and development strategies to build organisational capability and support career growth.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and psychological safety across the organisation.
- Manage employee experience programs that enhance engagement and retention.
- Provide expert employee relations and compliance support while monitoring workforce metrics and risks.
A great fit for this role looks like
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in a senior People & Culture with a track record of delivering meaningful business and people outcomes.
- Proven success partnering with CEOs, Executives and senior leaders to shape strategy, strengthen culture and drive organisational performance.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, organisational design and leading successful change initiatives.
- A deep understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations and contemporary People & Culture practices.
- Confidence and credibility in managing complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations and organisational risk.
- Demonstrated success attracting, developing and retaining talent through innovative recruitment, leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at every level.
- The ability to balance strategic vision with hands on execution, turning great ideas into measurable outcomes.
- A genuine passion for creating an inclusive, engaging and values-led workplace where people feel connected, supported and empowered to do their best work.
