CLA Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is now approaching its seventh year and is one of the NT's trusted providers for commercial, industrial, and residential Refrigeration and Air conditioning services.

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to all of our clients.

We're looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Administration & Operations Officer to join our team in a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.

Your Role

- Schedule and coordinate jobs using Simpro.

- Be the first point of contact for our customers.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email.

- Support the service manager with day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate technicians and assist with daily scheduling and checking of service reports.

- Liaise with customers, suppliers and trades.

- Order parts and materials.

- Prepare jobs, basic quotes, and pre-invoicing.

- Manage stocktake and general office administration.

About You





- Previous administration role (preferable but not essential)

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the trade industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
