About the Role
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking vehicle service appointments over the phone
- Conducting follow-up calls for our Sales and Service departments
- Assigning customer enquiries and tasks to the appropriate departments
- Providing customers with information about our products, services, and guest benefit programs
- Maintaining accurate customer records and database information
- Delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient experience with every interaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer databases
- Experience within the automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
