BWE Drilling - Exploration
Our Exploration division is an established drilling contractor supporting exploration and mining programs with Air Core, Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling services. The team works across diverse greenfield and brownfield projects in Australia.
BWE Drilling - Waterwell
Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services,
operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‑site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.
Are you interested in joining our high performing Drill & Blast team as an MPU Operator? Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Load, transport and discharge bulk explosives or raw materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate and monitor Mobile Processing Unit (MPU) machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate mixing and delivery of explosive products to blast sites.
- Communicate effectively with blast crew, shotfirers, and site supervisors.
What You'll Bring:
- Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence (DGDL) desirable
- Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) required
- Current Drivers licence (HR Licence required)
- Emulsion loading experience that can record hole by hole loading information while running the hoses
- ANFO Auger Loading Experience
- Previous experience in an MPU operating role
