PhysioChoice is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Casual Practice Administrator to join our welcoming team at our Pakenham clinic.

The Role
We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator who is available to work a range of shifts across Monday to Friday. Shift times will vary depending on the needs of the clinic, with additional hours available to cover annual leave and staff absences when required.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service while supporting both patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service.
- Managing appointments and responding to phone and email enquiries.
- Processing payments and balancing daily transactions.
- Assisting with invoicing, accounts, and general administrative duties.
- Maintaining a clean, organised,
and professional reception area.
- Preparing treatment spaces and equipment for classes and group sessions.
- Washing and folding treatment towels.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day clinic operations.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Can adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
- Is available to work a variety of shifts across Monday to Friday.
Previous reception, administration, or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
