Scheduler/ Estimator – Luxury Homes & Renovations

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Scheduler/ Estimator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Scheduler/ Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of luxury new home builds and high-end renovation projects. Working closely with our construction and management teams, you will be responsible for managing contracts, estimating, procurement processes, project documentation, and subcontractor administration to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements from tender through to completion.

- Provide estimating and take-offs for projects.

- Obtain and assess quotations, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders.

- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Track and manage project budgets, variations, and cost reporting.

- Maintain accurate project records, contract registers, and documentation.

- Prepare project forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial administration.

- Liaise with site supervisors, project managers, clients,



subcontractors, interior designers and suppliers.

- Monitor contract compliance and identify potential commercial risks.

- Support the preparation and management of project schedules and milestones.

- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Scheduler/ Estimator within residential construction, luxury homes, and/ or renovation projects.

- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project administration.

- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Projects and construction management software including ProCore.

- Sound knowledge of residential building practices and the Western Australian construction industry.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000
