The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects across Perth Metro and FIFO/DIDO locations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil and earthworks projects
- Manage labour, plant, materials, and equipment
- Monitor project schedules, safety, quality, and compliance
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress
About You
- Previous experience supervising civil construction or earthworks projects
- Experience working on MRWA, PTA, Western Power, or Local Government projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
