Unanderra Community Doctors, affiliated with the well-established Horsley Community Doctors, is seeking applications for Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

We are seeking a registered nurse to join the team on a full time/part-time basis (24-38 hours per week).

Information - Role, Skills & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who not only has a patient and caring disposition but also the ability to perform well under pressure and work cohesively within a team environment.

The position will include initial training within the general practice section of our clinic. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven RN who has a keen interest in general practice nursing.

All necessary training for the successful candidate will be provided independent of your previous experience and training.

You will be required to complete general nursing tasks such as:





- Care plans and health assessments

- Chronic disease management

- Cold chain management

- Wound management

- Diagnostics - ECG, BP, Observations

- Childhood Immunisations

- Adult Immunisations

- Assisting minor procedures

Other duties and desirable proficiencies include but are not limited to:

- Experience with Best practice and Hotdoc

- General computer use

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

- Previous Experience in General Practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent standards on patient safety

- Excellent ability to develop a rapport and relationship with patients

- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping

- Excellent customer service skills

You will be working with an extremely friendly and supportive team of Doctors and Nurses.
