We are currently seeking a someone with utmost integrity, motivated and reliable Casual Duty Manager to join our team. This role offers 30+ hours per week for the right candidate and requires flexibility across weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

As a Casual Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, strong team leadership, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day venue operations

- Lead, supervise and support staff during shifts

- Deliver high levels of customer service

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Open and close the venue as required





- Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming, and venue procedures

- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment

- Assist with staff training and performance management

- Cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles

- Solid leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service focus

- Ability to work in a busy team environment

- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

- Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Current RSA & RSG and First Aid certificates essential

- Proven experience leading hospitality teams is required.
