- Appointment Setting: Book hearing tests and consultations with our specialists.
- Database Management: Efficiently navigate multiple internal software systems to track customer journeys.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people, paired with empathy and resilience.
- Robust Communication: Ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
- Relevant Experience: Background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or contact centres highly regarded).
