End-of-Lease Cleaner – Casual
About the role

Kenny’s Maintenance and Electrical is seeking a dedicated and reliable End-of-Lease Cleaner to join our growing Adelaide team.

This is a casual position with flexible hours and the potential to progress into full-time employment. You will complete detailed end-of-lease and vacant-property cleans, ensuring every property is presented to a high professional standard.

Working hours will vary depending on scheduled jobs but are typically between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, efficiency and high-quality workmanship will have opportunities to receive more regular hours, increased responsibilities, higher pay and full-time employment.

What you’ll be doing

- Completing thorough end-of-lease and vacant-property cleans.

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, bedrooms and living areas.

- Cleaning ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, cupboards and appliances.

- Cleaning and washing walls, including removing marks, scuffs, grease, dust and cobwebs where possible.

- Vacuuming and mopping floors.

- Dusting and wiping down doors, skirting boards, window frames, fixtures and fittings.

- Cleaning internal windows and glass surfaces.

- Removing cobwebs and sanitising required areas.

- Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy and ready for inspection.

- Taking before-and-after photographs and providing accurate job notes.

- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues identified while cleaning.

- Maintaining cleaning equipment and monitoring required supplies.

- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.

What we’re looking for

- Previous end-of-lease, commercial or residential cleaning experience.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.





- Reliable, punctual and able to manage your time effectively.

- Able to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

- Physically fit and capable of completing the required duties.

- A positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients, tenants and property managers.

- Availability to work between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, as required.

- A current Australian driver’s licence.

- A reliable vehicle to use while employed on a casual basis.

- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
