What You Will Be Doing:

• guide families through funeral arrangements with empathy, professionalism and compassion

• arrange and conduct meaningful funeral services

• coordinate every aspect of funeral planning with exceptional attention to detail

• build trusted relationships with local hospitals, aged care providers, churches, celebrants and community organisations

• work closely with other staff to deliver seamless family experiences

We are looking for someone who has:

• previous funeral industry experience

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills





• exceptional organisational ability

• strong attention to detail

• a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed;

• confidence making decisions and solving problems

• a genuine passion for serving families

• physical fitness suitable for the role
