This role does not require relevant industry knowledge or work experience. Training will be provided on-the-job as your skills develop.

Timing (5 days a week):
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
- Saturday: 8am – 1pm
Role responsibilities:
- Counter sales and customer service by phone/email.
- Creative problem solving and answer finding.
- Picking, packing and shipping orders.
- General warehousing tasks, manual handling, and item receipting.
- Communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Enjoys learning and understanding how things work.
- Is physically capable and able to lift heavy objects.
- Has some computer skills and can learn to use new tools.
- Is friendly and well-presented.
- Is proactive and can work autonomously.
- Driver’s license required.
- Forklift license is helpful but not required.
