The Role:
We are seeking a versatile Estimator / Supervisor to bridge the gap between project pricing and on-site delivery. You will leverage your strong commercial acumen to manage project costs while stepping onto the field to coordinate our internal trades and subcontractors. This dual responsibility ensures seamless project continuity from budget to handover.

Your Responsibilities

- Accurate Estimating: Quantify materials, source supplier quotes, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare handover documentation and cost summaries for the delivery team.
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, manage schedules, and enforce safety standards. Monitor progress to ensure work is completed to scope, on schedule, and to company and client standards.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with our internal trades, project managers, and external consultants. Attend initial meetings and site assessments to gather project requirements or review scopes of work.




- Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets C+M’s high-quality standards and specifications. Maintain compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and Australian Building Standards.

What You Need

- Proven experience in construction estimating and site supervision.
- Robust knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Australian motor vehicle licence
- Building Trade or Construction Qualification
- Intermediate Computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Drive & energy with a sound work ethic
