As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. The Porter role is key to ensuring a personalised experience throughout their stay. What will you do?

- Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their rooms, explain amenities and services, and assist throughout their stay
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing options
- Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis, and manage luggage to and from rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

More about you

- Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- At least 6-months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role
- Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
- Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems
- Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license – C & B class
- Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement)

- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
