We’re currently seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Duty Manager to help lead our front office operations and uphold our high standards of service.

As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You’ll be the point of contact for guests and staff, handling everything from check-ins and check-outs to resolving guest concerns and supporting our wider team across departments.

About the Role:

- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts

- Lead and support front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service

- Respond to guest feedback, complaints and emergencies in a calm, professional manner

- Manage daily reporting and handovers to senior management

- Ensure safety, security and compliance procedures are followed

- Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth operations

About You:

- Previous experience in a front office or duty manager role (hotel or hospitality workplace)

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

- Calm under pressure, with a guest-first approach to service





- A natural multitasker with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions

- Availability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Opera or similar PMS experience highly regarded

- Valid NSW RSA certificate
