About the Role
This isn't your typical call centre sales role. You'll be working with warm, qualified leads from prospective students who have already expressed an interest in furthering their education and building their future. Your role will be to:

- Connect with prospective students via phone and turn warm leads into enrolments
- Own your sales targets and be motivated by achieving – and exceeding them
- Build rapport quickly and have meaningful conversations with potential students
- Understand each person's goals, aspirations and circumstances
- Recommend the right course and study pathway to suit their individual needs
- Maximise your earning potential through uncapped commissions
- Make a genuine difference by helping people take the next step towards their career and future

About You
We're looking for someone who is hungry for success, motivated by results and genuinely enjoys sales. You will be someone who:

- Is competitive, target-driven and thrives on achieving results




- Has a strong "can-do" attitude and isn't afraid of a challenge
- Is motivated by uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to be rewarded for performance
- Has previous experience in outbound sales, phone-based sales or a high-volume call centre environment
- Has an exceptional phone manner and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Can balance commercial sales skills with genuine empathy and a desire to help people
- Brings positive energy and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Is resilient, persistent and comfortable working towards ambitious sales targets
- Has VET or education sector experience (advantageous, but not essential)
- Is willing to obtain/provide a valid WWCC and police clearance
