About the Role

This is a genuine warehouse career opportunity for applicants seeking long term, hands on work in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.

This role involves regular manual handling, repetitive movement, pallet work, cool room storage areas, dispatch deadlines and physically active shifts. It is best suited to applicants who enjoy practical work and staying active throughout the day.

Available Shifts Include:
a. Monday to Friday
b. Wednesday to Sunday
c. 5:00am to 1:00pm
d. 1:00pm to 9:00pm
e. 8:00pm to 4:00am

Popular 4 Day Work Week Option (In some positions among 15 open roles):
a. 5:00am to 3:00pm roster

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming raw materials, packaging and finished goods

- Pick, stage and dispatch customer orders accurately

- Build pallets safely and securely for transport

- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed

- Replenish stock locations and rotate stock correctly

- Work in chilled and cool room warehouse zones

- Complete scanning, stock recording and inventory checks

- Maintain clean, organised and hazard free work areas

- Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP and workplace safety standards

- Identify damaged stock, shortages or safety risks promptly

- Work to daily productivity, accuracy and dispatch timeframes

- Support team leaders with general warehouse duties as required

What We Need From You

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Good physical fitness and ability to safely lift, move and handle stock throughout shift

- Comfortable with repetitive manual work and standing for long periods

- Comfortable working in cold and chilled environments

- Strong safety mindset

- Good teamwork and communication

- Own reliable transport (no public transport to site)

- Commitment to ongoing full time work

Highly Regarded

- Current forklift licence

- Warehouse, dispatch, logistics or manufacturing experience

- RF scanning or inventory system experience
