ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are developed as expected, and within agreed timeframes.
- Manage the development technical aspects requiring support from corporate support teams and external vendors, ensuring technology solutions meet all relevant corporate policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

- ServiceNow Tester with solid knowledge of App Engine development, skilled in UI Builder, and proficient in the Glide API, including strong JavaScript within the ServiceNow workplace.
- Must have knowledge of custom widgets and the ability to collaborate effectively with Business SMEs to validate and refine requirements.
- ServiceNow skills are a must. Desirable knowledge includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GlideAjax, ServiceNow SPM Agile 2.0, Service Portal, Playbooks and Workspaces.
- Experience and ability to develop and deliver applications testing services within agreed time, cost and quality expectations.



Develop detailed test plans and test cases from business process models and systems designs and providing status reporting against test plans for stakeholders.
- Must be proactive in managing own time and workload, whilst working in a small team. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to enable effective engagement with our internal customers and external providers.
