Our client is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join their growing team as a Coffee Machine Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills and providing excellent customer service.

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll begin by learning all aspects of the warehouse and workshop before progressing into field service, where you'll visit customer sites to install, maintain and service commercial coffee machines.

For the right candidate, our client is committed to investing in your future and will provide training, including the opportunity to obtain your Restricted Electrical Licence.

About the Role

No two days are the same! Your duties will include:

- Servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines
- Travelling to customer sites to carry out maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting equipment
- Assisting in the warehouse and workshop with repairs, stock and general operations
- Preparing machines for installation
- Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the business professionally
- Working collaboratively within a small team and assisting wherever required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:





- Technically and mechanically minded
- Passionate about learning new skills
- Interested in electrical equipment and machinery
- Confident using computers and technology
- Friendly, professional and customer focused
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Happy to work both in the warehouse and out on customer sites
- Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business
- Holds a current and valid driver's licence

Previous experience servicing coffee machines is not essential. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, full training will be provided.
