We're on the hunt for an experienced hospitality or entertainment leader to join the team at Funlab Karrinyup.

Home to Strike Bowling, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers and Hijinx Hotel, this unique two-floor entertainment precinct delivers everything from bowling, arcade games and mini golf to immersive challenge rooms and unforgettable events. With multiple experiences operating under one roof, no two days are ever the same.

This is more than a shift-leading role.

We're looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, developing excellent people, driving results and creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll partner closely with the Venue Manager to lead performance across operations, people, guest experience and venue success.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own and lead venue shifts from start to finish
- Drive exceptional guest experiences through visible, hands-on leadership
- Coach, develop and empower your team to perform at their best
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and venue performance
- Lead with curiosity, solve problems quickly and make confident decisions
- Manage labour, operational standards and shift execution
- Recognise great performance and provide timely feedback and coaching
- Support recruitment, training and development of future leaders
- Partner with the Venue Manager to deliver business initiatives and commercial outcomes





What We're Looking For

- Leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail or QSR
- A strong track record leading high-volume teams and services
- Someone who takes accountability and follows through
- A natural coach who enjoys building capability in others
- Strong commercial awareness and an eye for venue performance
- The ability to stay calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure

- xcellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
