About the role:
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services, including assessment, intervention, case management and discharge planning, helping patients achieve their goals.
- Work with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
- Build your skills and confidence while managing a diverse caseload, with support and guidance from experienced clinicians.
- Apply your clinical judgement to solve complex challenges and make a meaningful difference every day.
About you:
- Qualified with a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration,
or an upcoming graduate awaiting qualification conferral and registration.
- Passionate about delivering contemporary, evidence-based Occupational Therapy that makes a real difference.
- Organised and confident in managing a clinical caseload, with the ability to prioritise and make sound clinical decisions.
- A great communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with patients, families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $43.97 - $58.59 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
