The Opportunity
The Inventory Cycle Count Administrator plays a crucial role in the inventory management process. Ensuring accurate records of our stock data to assist in forward planning, purchasing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately counting and verifying the condition of stock items;
· Utilizing a forklift and scanning devices to count and categorise stock items;
· Detecting, investigating and reporting discrepancies identified during stock counting;
· Escalating issues to Senior Managers in a timely manner;
· Building valuable relationships within the Team and across Departments; and
· Ensuring compliance with the Inventory Count and Cycle Count Policy.
About You
· Hold a current Forklift licence
· Previous experience in a warehouse environment
· Strong computer skills, experience with an ERP system desirable
· Strong attention to detail
· Analytical problem solver
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, organised and adaptable
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
