The right candidate will have a strong background across Payroll in varying size organisations

Key responsibilities

- Process end-to-end payroll across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles.
- Manage payroll preparation through to payment, including superannuation and payroll journals.
- Maintain employee master data, including onboarding, offboarding and employment changes.
- Process payroll adjustments, reconciliations and ad hoc payments.
- Work with Excel and relevant payroll system to upload payroll data and produce reports.
- Support a high-volume, manual payroll environment and identify opportunities to improve processes.

About you

- Proven experience processing end-to-end payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, superannuation and payroll journals.
- Confident working with Excel and managing high-volume payroll data.
- Able to work autonomously and solve problems proactively.




- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment with changing priorities.
