This represents a great opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm has been in operation for many years and are part of a national affiliation.
POSITION
Due to strong growth and internal restructuring the position of Workflow Coordinator has been created.
The role will involve the following:
- Client relationship management
- Liaise with the Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage workflow and deadlines
- Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other external bodies
- Liaising with the ATO
- Diary management and assist with client meetings
- Invoicing
- Any other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Outstanding attention to detail is non negotiable
- Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
