Your Role & Impact

As a Tax/Business Services Manager in Perth, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding client services. You'll lead a team, manage client portfolios, and help craft tailored strategies that drive client growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver across the full suite of business services: advisory, compliance, bookkeeping, tax, and superannuation
- Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships through client-centric counsel and proactive service
- Mentor and develop team members; champion qualified growth and technical excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovations in service delivery
- Act as a bridge between clients and directors for smooth, collaborative engagement





What We Are Looking For:

- CA or CPA qualified—or currently completing your accreditation
- 5+ years of experience in public practice, delivering business services within SMEs
- Have full working rights in Australia - Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong technical acumen in accounting standards, tax legislation, SMSFs, and advisory tools
- Skilled in using cloud accounting and Xero—given our Platinum Partner level—boosting efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-focused skills
- Adaptive, proactive, and dedicated to fostering a supportive team environment
