SHINKA Group is seeking full-time, part-time and casual hair stylists and assistants! Given that many of our clients are of Asian background, knowledge or experience with Asian hair is a significant advantage.

Easier to boost your earnings—many of our stylists earn over AUD 7,000 per month.

Salary Packages

Senior hair stylist:

Casual: $36.81/hr on Weekdays, $46.53/hr on Saturday

Full-time/Part-time: $59,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (inc. commission) + Superannuation

Hairdressing assistant:

Full time/Part-time: award wages

What we are looking for:





- Nationally recognised Certification in hairdressing with a minimum of 3 years experience in hairdressing (senior hair stylist).

- We welcome any hairdressing assistants to apply too.

- Friendly, easy-going, loyal, and excited about representing one of the world’s leading hairdressing brands.

- Someone that takes pride in their style and appearance.

- Punctual with great time-management skills.

- Works well in a team and as an individual to ensure client satisfaction.
