Commercial Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman

Perth Metro | Full-Time | $58–$63/hr + Penalties + Vehicle

CrewSELECT is partnering with a highly regarded commercial plumbing contractors delivering quality projects across the Perth metropolitan area. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking 2 experienced Commercial Plumbing Site Supervisors / Foremen to lead site teams across a diverse range of commercial construction projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Projects include:

- Schools
- Hospitals
- Aged care facilities
- Warehouses
- Apartments
- Aquatic centres
- Industrial and commercial developments

Projects are located throughout Perth, from Mandurah to Two Rocks, with sites generally allocated based on your location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise commercial plumbing teams of 2–10 plumbers onsite.
- Coordinate daily site activities, labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and WHS compliance.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, productivity and workforce allocation.
- Liaise professionally with builders, clients, consultants and internal project teams.
- Resolve onsite issues efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Conduct toolbox meetings,



site inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures.

About You

You are a motivated and experienced commercial plumbing leader who enjoys running projects, building strong client relationships and leading teams to deliver quality outcomes.

You will have:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumbing Site Supervisor or Foreman.
- Strong background delivering medium to large commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor plumbing teams.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Reliable, mature and safety-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
