About Our Medical Centres

Roshana Care Group operates modern, patient-focused medical centres located in Thornlie WA, Nedlands WA, and Wangara WA. Our multidisciplinary teams are dedicated to delivering high-quality primary healthcare in welcoming and skilled environments.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across our medical centres, supporting our General Practitioners and allied health professionals in providing outstanding patient care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an integral role in the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services. Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, you will provide clinical nursing care, health assessments, chronic disease management, and health education while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

What You Will Be Doing

- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a general practice environment.
- Perform patient assessments, observations,



and clinical procedures.
- Administer immunisations, medications, and treatments in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Assist with wound management, care planning, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct health assessments and preventive health initiatives.
- Support GP consultations and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and ongoing care.
- Ensure infection prevention and control standards are maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ability to relieve the front desk if the situation requires it.

What You Will Bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- An Immunisation Certificate is essential for administering immunisations, treatment and medication.
- Previous experience in general practice or primary healthcare (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of best practice and an understanding of recalls and reminders as this will be integral to the position.
- Experience with immunisations, care planning, wound management,



and chronic disease management is highly regarded.
- Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, professional, and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CPR certificate.
