As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers who thrive on building genuine connections, promoting independence, and making a real difference every day.

About the Role
This is a rewarding 1:1 support role working in participants’ homes and within the community. Every day is different, and your support will help participants live more independently, confidently, and meaningfully.
Support may include:
- Community access, social activities, and appointments
- Transport to therapies, shopping, and daily activities
- Meal preparation and daily living support
- Medication assistance
- Personal care and occasional overnight support
Importantly, staff are not required to perform restrictive practices or restraints.
You may support participants living with:
- Psychosocial disabilities / Mental Health conditions
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (including Asperger’s)
- Mild to Moderate Intellectual Disabilities
- Physical Disabilities
About You
You are someone who:
- Has experience providing 1:1 support in participants’ homes
- Is available for morning starts, evening meal support, and school drop-off/pick-up times
- Is confident working independently and using initiative
- Brings empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to every shift
- Understands the NDIS and person-centered support practices
Essential Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Care, or related field
- At least 12 months experience in Disability or Mental Health Support
Licenses & Clearances
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable, registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Current NDIS Modules
- Secure Environments Certificate
- Medication Training
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate
Other Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident using smartphones, tablets, and technology
- Reliable mobile phone with internet access
