Mr Sweep (C & H Sweeping) is a proudly family-owned WA business delivering professional wet hire road sweeping services across the Perth metropolitan area, from Two Rocks to Mandurah. We're known for our high standards, great customer service, and strong team culture.

We're looking for an experienced Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and making quick decisions in a fast-moving environment.

This isn't a role where you'll simply fill time slots on a roster. You'll take ownership of our daily sweeper schedule, balancing customer priorities, operator capability, travel efficiency and business outcomes to keep the operation running smoothly. You'll become the person our customers know by name, our operators rely on, and the driving force behind an productive, well-organised operation.

About the Role

As our business has grown, scheduling has evolved into a dedicated full-time position. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of this function and make it their own.

You'll coordinate our fleet of 8 sweepers and operators across the Perth metropolitan area, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently and in line with our customers' requirements.





Every day will be different. Customer priorities change, weather changes, traffic changes and site conditions change. Your ability to think ahead, re-prioritise quickly and communicate clearly will keep everything moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email and raising new jobs within our job management software (Simpro).

- Building and managing the daily and ongoing schedule for our sweeping operations.

- Continuously reprioritising jobs as customer requirements, site conditions and operational demands change throughout the day.

- Matching each job with the most suitable operator and equipment based on location, capability, workload and customer requirements.

- Developing strong working relationships with customers and gaining an understanding of their sites, projects and preferred ways of working.

- Working proactively with customers to help meet project deadlines while balancing operational priorities.

- Identifying opportunities to maximise fleet utilisation and accommodate additional work wherever possible.

- Keeping operators informed of schedule changes and ensuring they have the information they need to complete each job successfully.

- Working closely with the wider operations team while taking full ownership of the Mr Sweep schedule.

Previous road sweeping experience isn't required -we'll teach you our equipment, customers and the technical side of the industry.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience scheduling, dispatching or coordinating a mobile workforce in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong working knowledge of Perth's suburbs,



road network and general geography.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner.

- The ability to juggle competing priorities and confidently make decisions throughout the day.

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

- Experience within civil construction, transport, logistics, infrastructure, maintenance, plant hire or similar industries.

- Experience using job management or scheduling software such as Simpro.

While experience is important, attitude matters just as much. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, helping customers and finding practical solutions.
