We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Member to join our busy coffee operations team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from receiving stock, picking and packing orders, dispatch, warehouse organization, and forklift operation to releasing orders and supporting the wider team wherever needed.

About the Role
Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader and Operations Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse and coffee operations run efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift.
- Replenishment and warehouse organisation.
- Preparing freight and assisting with coordinating dispatch.
- Basic order release on system
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
- Supporting the team across a range of operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Organised with valuable attention to detail.
- Flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed.
Essential
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience.
- Experience with picking, packing and dispatch.
- Basic computer skills
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
