We're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / All Rounder to join our growing team in the heart of Dwellingup.
Working alongside Dwellingup Adventures, Waypoints is a Trails Café serving locals, tourists and adventurers exploring everything our beautiful region has to offer. With an exciting new riverside kiosk opening soon, there's never been a better time to come on board.
About the Role
As our Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences at both our Café and our upcoming kiosk.
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys working as part of a positive and energetic team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Working autonomously to fulfil the requirements of an all-rounder position
- Working collaboratively across both café and kiosk operations as required
What We're Looking For
- Proven barista experience in a busy café environment
- Confidence dialing in grinders and maintaining coffee quality
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak tourism periods
