The Role:

Relay is a dynamic store that meets the needs of busy travellers.

Inside, you can pick up the latest newspapers, grab the newest book release, and choose from a large selection of magazines, stationery and confectionery. Plus a tech section to satisfy all your tech-accessory needs, with a great range of headphones, cases, chargers and all the latest nifty gizmos and gadgets. Make sure Relay is the store you visit for all your travel needs.

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Perth Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
✅ Strong communication and coaching abilities
✅ Confidence to take initiative and own your role




✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
