The Opportunity

We are seeking a Family Lawyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing, experienced and dynamic family law team consisting of four lawyers and a trainee lawyer.

The successful candidate will be able to advise on, with limited supervision the following matters:

- Parenting disputes

- Asset division matters

- 65DAAA matters

- Relocation issues

In addition to running these type of matters, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

- Family Violence

- Small business operations and structures

- SMSF's

The Role

As a Family Lawyer at Wakefield Lawyers, you will:

- Provide sound legal advice and guidance to a diverse range of clients





- Be a sounding board for your colleagues

- Be able to advocate for your clients in and out of Court

- Contribute to team meetings on Family Law issues

- Meet reasonable deadlines and proactively manage client enquiries

This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of four days per week required for part-time applicants.
