Clean Like a Pro is one of Australia's fastest growing ecommerce brands, with big plans on the horizon including international expansion. We're looking for an exceptional Finance, Payroll & HR Coordinator to become a trusted member of our team, someone who's excited to join a company on the move and wants to build a long-term career growing alongside us.

You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team across finance, payroll, HR and business operations, helping ensure everything runs efficiently while continually improving the way we work. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys the detail, not just data entry, we need someone who can reconcile, report, flag problems early, and keep our people operations running smoothly.

Finance

- Managing Xero and maintaining accurate financial records

- Accounts payable and receivable, including paying invoices and monthly payments to affiliates

- Bank, credit card, general ledger and payment platform reconciliations

- Client invoicing and supplier payments

- BAS and IAS preparation, liaising directly with our accountant

- Monthly financial reporting and dashboards

- Budget versus actual reporting

- Cash flow monitoring

- Month-end and end-of-year support

- Assisting with project-related financial admin, cost tracking and documentation

Payroll





- Processing weekly timesheets and payroll

- PAYG withholding and superannuation

- Award and employment compliance

- Managing leave balances and payroll enquiries

HR & People

- Onboarding new hires, including contracts and employee files

- Maintaining accurate employee records and registers

- Supporting basic policy administration and compliance

- First point of contact for general HR and payroll enquiries from the team

Ecommerce & Growth

- Liaising with our Marketing Growth Strategist on budgets, P&L; and daily MER

- Tracking profit and cost performance across campaigns and channels

Process Improvement

- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and internal controls

You'll need:

- Proven experience working in an ecommerce business, ideally with Shopify

- Experience reconciling international transactions

- Familiarity with Triple Whale is a plus

- Solid payroll experience, including PAYG, super and award compliance

- BAS/IAS preparation experience (non-negotiable)

- Comfortable liaising directly with external accountants, marketing leads and other advisers

- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in process improvement

- Someone looking for a long-term role who wants to grow with the business
