Shree Dental & Implant Centre is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

- Dental Assistants currently completing their qualification

- Candidates with no previous dental experience who are interested in undertaking a traineeship

For the right trainee applicant, we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training and support while you complete a nationally recognised qualification in Dental Assisting.

About the Role

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting dentists during a wide range of dental procedures

- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment

- Following infection prevention, sterilisation and workplace safety procedures

- Supporting and reassuring patients before, during and after treatment

- Assisting with clinical records, dental photographs and documentation

- Managing clinical stock and supplies

- Maintaining clean, organised and efficient clinical areas

- Working closely with our clinical, reception and administration teams





Experienced Dental Assistants will have the opportunity to further develop their skills and gain exposure to advanced procedures, including implants and smile transformations.

Trainee Dental Assistants will receive structured training, guidance and ongoing support from our experienced team.

Previous dental experience or a Certificate III in Dental Assisting would be highly regarded but is not essential. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
