As part of our continued growth and recent project awards, we are experiencing continued growth and are seeking experienced Senior Contracts Administrators to join our civil project delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective commercial and contractual management of projects, including contract preparation, cost control, progress claims, variations, and subcontractor engagement. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant civil projects within a collaborative, high-performing, and professional team environment.
To be considered for this position as a Senior Contracts Administrator you must possess the following as a minimum:
Tertiary Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar suitable qualificationsProven experience as a Contracts Administrator (or similar role) within the civil sectorA solid understanding of earthmoving plant and equipmentStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksA solid understanding to financial management and month end reportingProficiency in data entry and documentationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Managing the commercial and contractual functions of the project in a timely and efficient mannerEnsuring consistent application of the company’s commercial policies and proceduresManagement of head contract requirements for project deliveryTraining and development of staff in commercial and contract administrationOverseeing cost engineering, including cost reporting and financial forecastingPreparing monthly progress claims for completed worksAssisting with the preparation and issue of RFQs (Requests for Quotation)



for subcontractors and suppliersLeading negotiations with shortlisted subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing formal contract documentationPreparation and submission of monthly commercial report to company executives
