The Role
We’re looking for reliable and highly motivated Labourers / Trade Assistants to join our commercial solar division. You’ll support the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and electrical containment works on industrial and commercial projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with solar panel and racking system installations on roofs and ground-mount systems

- Supporting electricians with electrical containment works and cable management

- Handling tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintaining tidy and safe worksites

- Helping the team complete projects on time and to the highest standards

- Reporting to and communicating with the Project Supervisor and Manager

- Keeping to the installation schedule and providing information for reporting

This role is hands-on, physically active, and perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team delivering large-scale solar projects. The right candidate may also have the prospect to move into an apprentice role if they show the right qualities and interest.

What We’re Looking For

- People who are highly motivated with a good attitude

- Previous construction, trade assistant, or labouring experience (solar experience a plus but not essential)

- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

- High regard for workplace health and safety

- Driver’s licence (essential)

Desirable but not essential:

- Experience with tools, racking systems, or electrical containment

- Working at Heights and EWP licence

- Construction White Card
