Cheviot Homes is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at our brand new display homes in the thriving Ridglea Estate in Nar Nar Goon.

This is an exciting opportunity to support customers throughout their home buying journey - selling new homes, custom builds, house & land packages, as well as knock down and rebuilds.

Cheviot Homes is a family owned business with over 38 years of experience building across the southeast & proudly delivering homes with a reputation built on honesty, quality craftsmanship, reliability, and respect for both our clients & our team.

As the face of Cheviot Homes, you will guide clients through one of the biggest decisions they will ever make - from their first enquiry thorough to contract signing and beyond.

About you:

The successful applicant must have:

1. Microsoft Office skills (intermediate)

2. Solid customer service ability

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Strong time management skills

5. Proven problem solving and confident people handling skills

6. Construction industry knowledge

7. An outgoing, friendly personality

Responsibilities:

1.



Welcome visitors to the display home with a warm, friendly and professional manner

2. Help clients feel supported by guiding them through home designs, inclusions, and land availability

3. Convert enquiries into new home sales opportunities

4. Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and land developers

5. Prepare tailored house and land packages

6. Maintain sales records and client information

7. Manage and maintain client relationships throughout their building journey
