About the Role
As a Fence Installer / Labourer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of fence construction and installation, working on a variety of projects including:
- Timber fencing
- Colorbond fencing
- Rural fencing
- Chainwire fencing
- Feature fencing
- Gates and custom fencing solutions
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating power tools and equipment safely.
- Measuring, setting out and constructing fences.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.
- Current driver’s licence required.
- Manual driver’s licence required (all company vehicles are manual).
- White Card preferred or willing to obtain.
- Fencing or construction experience is a bonus.
- Experience using power tools is highly regarded.
- Honest, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
This is a full time, long-term position with opportunities for ongoing development. Remuneration will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be based on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
