About the Role

As part of a professional catering team, you'll prepare quality meals for mining and remote workforce communities. You'll work in large-scale commercial kitchens where organisation, teamwork and consistency are essential to delivering outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-volume breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner services

- Deliver quality meals for large workforces in a fast-paced environment

- Operate buffet-style service efficiently and professionally

- Cater for dietary, allergy and cultural requirements

- Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance





- Keep kitchens clean, organised and audit-ready

- Work rotating day, night and split shifts as required

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Proven experience in high-volume or bulk catering environments

- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

- Current WA Driver's Licence

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last four months – Clear)

- White Card

- Full Australian working rights

- Currently residing in Western Australia

- Available to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
