Casual Security Officer – Australia Fair Shopping Centre

Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Casual Security Officers to join our team at Australia Fair Shopping Centre.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment for retailers, staff, and visitors.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering professional, friendly front-line customer service

- Responding to incidents including medical, emergency, and security events

- Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious behaviour

- Supporting centre operations through crowd management and conflict resolution

- Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

- Working collaboratively with centre management, emergency services, and fellow team members

What you'll need

- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays





- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism

- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
