We are currently managing the capital works programme of works for a large investor developer and are seeking a skilled client side construction project manager to lead the delivery of these works across the ACT.
- Experience delivering construction focused capital projects and navigating technical, commercial and contractual matters.
- The ability to develop, manage and deliver a pipeline of complex projects.
- Robust capability across the full project lifecycle including design management, procurement and construction delivery
- Solid understanding of Australian Standard consultancy and construction contracts, standards and codes
- Demonstrated ability to run projects with minimal oversight
- Monitor schedules and follow up to ensure timely progression
- Review consultant submissions and technical documentation
